Kupcakes & Co. Wedding Deposit Contract

Terms and Conditions

Please read and submit this contract. By submitting this contract, you are agreeing to the following items:

• Your initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable.

• The balance of this order must be received at least one month before your event.

• Any changes to your order (flavors, quantities, etc.) must be made no later than one week before your event date.

• Kupcakes & Co. is not responsible for any damages to the cupcakes, cakes, and/or desserts once they have been delivered completely or picked up by the client or by the client representative. On occasion, we will photograph our cupcakes, cakes, and/or desserts and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotional purposes without providing compensation to you.

• Kupcakes & Co. makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty whatsoever that its products do not contain or have not come into contact with any particular ingredients. Rather, you acknowledge and agree that products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and indemnify, defend, and hold Kupcakes & Co. harmless for any allergic reactions or other personal injury incurred by your or your guests coming into contact with or consuming these goods.

• If you are borrowing stands or towers, you must return the items within 48 hours after your event. You agree to have your credit card on file until the tower or stand and all components have been returned. You agree to the Terms & Conditions of our Stand Rental Agreement.

• Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Kupcakes & Co. to complete the agreement and is subject to acts of nature and other causes beyond our control.
  

  I agree to the terms set out in this contract and agree that I am the person responsible for all the payments and decisions regarding this order.
