Kupcakes & Co. Stand Rental Agreement

Kupcakes & Co. is not responsible for picking up or retrieving any stands after your wedding or event. You are responsible for bringing back our Cupcake Towers and Cupcake Stands cleaned and wiped down within 48 hours of your event, or by the next normal business day. Kupcakes & Co. has multiple events and weddings each week. Please be respectful of other events and promptly return your borrowed stands within 48 hours.

Thank you for acknowledging and accepting our stand rental agreement and complying with our stand rental policy. By signing this agreement, you accept responsibility to clean and return each stand/tower, including any parts and/or bags in the same way you received them. You agree to return all borrowed stands and parts within 48 hours of your event, or by the next normal business day.

5-Tier Cupcake Tower Deposit: Your $350 tower deposit is a holding fee until all Cupcake Tower pieces and carrying bag are returned clean and on time. The full amount that may be refunded back to the client will be $275, with the remaining $75 rental fee held by Kupcakes & Co. for the use of the Cupcake Tower. You may not receive the full refund for reasons, such as but not limited to, a late return, broken and/or missing pieces, and/or the tower not being properly cleaned. 3-Tier Cupcake Tower Deposit: Your $200 tower deposit is a holding fee until all Cupcake Tower pieces and carrying bag are returned clean and on time. The full amount that may be refunded back to the client will be $125, with the remaining $75 rental fee held by Kupcakes & Co. for the use of the Cupcake Tower. You may not receive the full refund for reasons, such as but not limited to, a late return, broken and/or missing pieces, and/or the tower not being properly cleaned. Wire Stand/Cake Stand Deposit (per stand): Your $50 stand deposit is a holding fee until the stand is returned clean and on time. The full amount that may be refunded back to the client will be $30, with the remaining $20 rental fee held by Kupcakes & Co. for the use of the stand. You may not receive the full refund for reasons, such as but not limited to, a late return, broken and/or missing pieces, and/or the stand not being properly cleaned.
